Abstract
We study the quantum dynamics of two interacting electrons confined in a Pe
nning trap. We determine the characteristic frequencies of this system and
we propose a way to perform measurement on spin and cyclotron degrees of fr
eedom as well as a way of preparing the geoniurn atom in any spin state.
