Ai. Pinchook et Sd. Shavrey, Effect of a constant magnetic field and a pulse electric current on the mean linear density of twinning dislocations in bismuth crystals, PHYS SOL ST, 43(8), 2001, pp. 1476-1477
Bismuth crystals are studied under the joint action of a pulse electric cur
rent and a constant magnetic field. It is shown that the combined effect of
a constant magnetic field and pulse current leads to a substantial decreas
e in the mean linear density of twinning dislocations piled up at the bound
aries of wedge twins. The decrease in the mean linear density of twinning d
islocations is accompanied by a decrease in the microhardness of the sample
