Abstract
The main clinical manifestation of antiphospholipid syndrome is repeated th rombotic events in young patients without cardiovascular risk factors. Ther e are several clinical features but the most frequent ones are repeated fet al losses and acute cerebral ischemic events. Cardiac involvement is less f requent. We present a family case with intracardiac thrombosis and secondar y cerebral embolism.
