Abstract
Due to the enormous qualitative and quantitative evolution that clinical el ectrophysiology has experienced over the past years, specific Units dedicat ed to the management of patients with cardiac arrhythmias have been created . In these guidelines, the minimum technical and human needs of an Arrhythm ia Unit are discussed.
