Abstract
The design of chelates of some metals (Zn, Cd. Mn, Cu, Ag, In, lanthanides) with 1, 1 -dithio ligands, mixed-ligand complexes, and compounds of organo metal cations with these ligands is considered. The crystal and molecular s tructures and thermal properties of the specified compounds are analyzed. T he use of these compounds as precursors for metal sulfides, specifically, f or CVD sulfide films, is described.
