Abstract
Epitaxial CdSe layers have been electrodeposited on the (1 0 0) and ((1) ov er bar(1) over bar(1) over bar) faces of GaAs and InP single crystals. Chem ical composition and crystalline quality of CdSe have been studied by X-pho toelectron spectroscopy, reflection high energy electron diffraction and X- ray diffraction.
