Abstract
To investigate the relationship between the structural features and binding
effectiveness involved in multiple protein-carbohydrate interactions, glyc
oconjugate analogues of limited flexibility, containing P-D-galactopyranosi
de moieties were synthesized in good yields using the Sonogashira reaction.
