Abstract
The structures of a new eudesmane sesquiterpene, lauradiol, and a new secoe udesmane, azoridione, have been determined by spectroscopic methods. These compounds and the known sesquiterpenic alcohols, clovanediol and caryophyll enol II, have been isolated from the aerial parts of Laurus azorica.
