Abstract
The anaesthetic management of a 38-year-old woman having excision of a meni ngioma involving the superior sagittal sinus is described. The procedure wa s performed using low flow moderate hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass with central cannulation. Relevant literature is reviewed.
