Abstract
Frey's syndrome (preauricular gustatory sweating) following multiple f ractures of maxillofacial structures, including both mandibular condyl es, is presented. Condylar fracture is an uncommon cause of this syndr ome. The physiology of this syndrome is reviewed. Successful relief of symptoms and technique for objective documentation are presented.
