Abstract
Postictal blindness was exhibited in a 19-month-old girl. Although findings of magnetic resonance images were not remarkable, Tc-99m HMPAO brain perfu sion SPECT showed significant hypoperfusion in both occipital regions. This case indicates the utility of Tc-99m HMPAO brain perfusion SPECT in the ev aluation of cortical blindness.
