V. Slavik et al., Application of inverse laplace transformation method for analysis of plasma emission formed by laser ablation of Pb-Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O, CONTR PLASM, 41(4), 2001, pp. 417-424
The inverse Laplace transformation method was used to interpret the time-re
solved emission spectra of Sr* and describe the dynamics of the laser plume
formed in the laser ablation of Pb-Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O. Three kinds of processes
characterized by rate constants b(1), b(2) and b(3) were found in the lase
r plume. The rate constant of the slowest process b(3) increases with the p
ressure and can be assigned to deexcitation of Sr*. The next two rate const
ants b(1) and b(2) describe processes occurring during the laser pulse and
immediately after it.
