Abstract
Features of the interaction of light with a periodic bi-gyrotropic med ium are investigated. The dispersion law for eigen circularly polarize d waves propagating at an angle with respect to the axis of periodicit y of the medium is found. The characteristics of reflected and transmi tted light waves at oblique incidence in resonant and non-resonant cas es are obtained.
