J. Bayard et al., THERMALLY STIMULATED DEPOLARIZATION CURRENT MEASUREMENTS AND INTERPRETATION, IEE proceedings. Science, measurement and technology, 144(4), 1997, pp. 168-173
The fictive thermodynamic equilibrium temperature T-fi determined from
thermal investigation (differential scanning calorimetry, for example
) and the compensation temperature T-c introduced in thermally stimula
ted depolarisation current measurements are compared. A brief descript
ion is given of the experimental apparatus of TSDC measurements built
in the authors' laboratory, and the main parameters and results obtain
ed from the two methods (]DSC and TSDC) are given, An interpretation o
f the experimental equality observed between the experimental values e
lf the thermodynamic equilibrium temperature T-fi obtained from BSC in
vestigations and the temperature compensation T-c introduced in TSDC m
easurements is proposed.
