Abstract
We present a case of a 38-year-old man who was referred to us with a right- sided quinsy. However he was found to have a large lympho-epithelial cyst i n his right parapharynx mimicking the signs of a quinsy to the unsuspecting eye. We describe this case to illustrate an unusual cause of a swelling of the lateral pharyngeal wall.
