Abstract
Laparoscopy has many useful clinical applications in urology. However, desp ite being minimally invasive, its use is not without risk of potential comp lications. To our knowledge we report the first case of iatrogenic pneumoce phalus associated with laparoscopic renal biopsy through a retroperitoneal approach.
