Abstract
The outcome and quality of life in children with cloacal exstrophy are grea tly influenced by small intestine residual length. We report 2 cases of alm ost complete midgut deletion in newborns with duodenal atresia in addition to cloacal exstrophy. To our knowledge this combination of anomalies has no t been reported previously
