Abstract
ST-segment deviation was recently described as the only ECG finding that wa s useful in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction during right ventr icular pacing. This report shows that the same sign may also indicate the a mount of myocardium in jeopardy and the coronary artery responsible.
