Anodic polarization of tungsten in WO3-NH4OH-H2O electrolytes has been
studied. The effect of WO3 concentration (from 25 to 100 g/l), NH4OH
concentration (from 100 to 250 g/l), and temperature (from 20 to 50 de
grees C) on anodic current density has been determined more accurately
than earlier by measuring the potentiodynamic polarization curves at
different anodic potentials. The dissolution activation energy in the
active dissolution range of tungsten has been determined
