Abstract
The superfluidity of neutron matter in the channel S-1(0) is studied by tak ing into account the effect of the ground-state correlations in the self-en ergy. To this purpose the gap equation has been solved within the generaliz ed Gorkov approach. A sizable suppression of the energy gap is driven by th e quasiparticle strength around the Fermi surface.
