Abstract
The aim of this work was to assess the influence of the species Espina Coro na (Gleditsia amorphoides (Griseb.) Taub), Guayaibi (Patagonula americana L .), Mora (Chlorophora tinctoria (L) Gaub.) y Urunday (Astronium balansae En gl.) on C, N and P soil contents and to study the seasonal differences of t hese properties. The study site was located at the Estricta Natural Reserva tion. Chaco Province, Argentina. Total N. organic C and available P didn't differ significantly (p < 0.05) throughout the year in the total forest, wh ile significant differences ( p < 0.05) beetwen species for total N and org anic C were found. Respiration C and mineral N differed significantly (p < 0.05) throughout the year and between species too.
