Ingesting moderate amounts of purple grape juice each day improved flow-med
iated vasodilation of the brachial artery in patients with atherosclerotic
vascular disease. Both high and low doses of grape juice had similar effect
s on endothelial function; however, the addition of vitamin E did not lead
to further improvements.
