Abstract
A rare type of coronary arteriovenous fistula with multiple supplying vessels from both coronary arteries and draining into the pulmonary ar tery was found in a 52-year-old woman with angina pectoris. The fistul a was successfully closed by division of the vessels draining into the pulmonary artery.
