The preparation technology of YBa2Cu3O7-delta (delta<<1) thick films o
n Y2BaCuO5 substrates with micrometer inclusions of Y2BaCuO5 particles
as pinning centers of magnetic vortex is presented. The pinning abili
ties of these inclusions have been analyzed by investigating the tempe
rature and field dependences of AC magnetic susceptibilities of the fi
lms. It was found, that in the films with the inclusions educed in the
three-minute partial melting of the YBa2CU3O7-delta phase at 985 degr
ees C followed by the cooling to 920 degrees C with the rate of 1 degr
ees C/min the pinning force is increased by half of one order of magni
tude in comparison with the films without ones.
