Abstract
In this case, we present a 5-year follow-up of a 3-fault-affected primary l eiomyosarcoma of the distal femur (spontaneous fracture treated by osteosyn thesis; marginal resection; stump fracture after adequate trauma) with an e xtended local recurrence but without metastasis.
