Abstract
The known causes of acquired origin portal vein aneurysm are portal hyperte nsion, pancreatitis and trauma. We describe the CT findings of an additiona l cause of acquired origin portal vein aneurysm, namely gastric adenocarcin oma invading the portal venous system.
