Abstract
The spectrum of paediatric knee disorders ranges from developmental and gro wth disorders, traumatic derangement, inflammation, infection, and diffuse marrow disorder to neoplasm. We present in this pictorial review the MR ima ging findings used to characterize these various diseases affecting the kne e region of children and adolescents.
