Abstract
This paper deals with the enantioseparation of hydroxy acids by ligand-exch ange capillary electrochromatography. A chiral continuous bed was easily pr epared by in situ polymerization of monomers, including an L-4-hydroxyproli ne derivative. This phase showed chiral recognition for several hydroxy aci ds, in addition to amino acids.
