Exchange interaction between intermediate D-13(1520)-hole and S-11(1535)-hole states in the near-threshold coherent eta photoproduction from nuclei

Coherent eta -meson photoproduction from nuclei is considered within an ext ended analogue of the Delta -hole model taking into account the configurati on mixing of baryon-hole excitations of different sorts of baryons. Calcula ted integrated and differential cross-sections for reactions C-12(gamma,eta )C-12(g.s). and O-16(gamma, eta)O-16(g.s). demonstrate the important role o f the exchange interaction between intermediate D-13(1520)-liole and S-11(1 535)-hole excitations.
