Abstract
Starting from three monodimensional Quadratur Mirror Filters (QMF), we construct a non-separable bidimensional QMF. Such QMF's will allow us to obtain non-separable compactly supported orthonormal wavelet bases of arbitrarily high regularity for L-2 (R-2).
