Abstract
H-3-(-)-galanthamine (0.881 TBq/mmol) was synthesized via stereoselective r eduction of (-)-narwedine with tritiated L-Selectride(R). This reaction seq uence was favored over an exchange of aromatic bromine with lithium alumini um tritide. Copyright (C), 2001 John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
