Abstract
A new bis-iridoid glucoside, korolkoside (1), was isolated from Lonicera ko rolkovii, and its structure and stereochemistry were determined by spectros copic analysis and chemical derivatization. Korolkoside (1) consists of two secologanin moieties that are connected by an acetal linkage.
