Abstract
We hate experimentally demonstrated a new optical microwave signal generati
on scheme using semiconductor lasers in a master-slave configuration, in wh
ich both lasers are directly, modulated. The sidebands of the slave laser a
re locked to those of the master laser by the simple control of the applied
