Abstract
The K-Shell X-ray production cross sections of vanadium by electron impact have been measured. The influence of the electrons reflected from the subst rate was corrected by means of a detailed calculation of electron transport In this paper, we have fitted an empirical curve of K-shell production cro ss sections to the measured data, (C) 2001 Published by Elsevier Science Lt d.
