Abstract
Magnetic resonance (MR) lymphography was performed in five healthy voluntee rs and three patients (two adults and one infant). Subcutaneous administrat ion of gadoterate meglumine in the foot allowed visualization of draining l ymph vessels and nodes. In one patient, an inguinal fluid collection could be characterized as a lymphocele. In the infant, a chylothorax was diagnose d. The authors conclude that interstitial MR lymphography with commercially available compounds is feasible.
