Abstract
The inductive effect model was used to adequately describe and predict the P-H coupling constants in the H-1 NMR spectra of phosphorylated alkenes. A procedure was developed for determination of the steric structure of phosph orylated alkenes from the H-1 NMR spectra of one of the isomers.
