LiMnO2 samples containing an impurity of bivalent manganese ions were prepa
red by annealing at reduced partial pressures of oxygen (log p(O2), = -3.6
(A), -12 (B), -16 (C)). Impurity ions served as the paramagnetic probe for
recording EPR spectra. The magnetic susceptibility of LiMnO2 was studied in
a temperature range of 4-1000 K.
