Abstract
A 75-y-old woman with breast cancer presented with bacteremia due to Comamo nas testosteroni. Evolution was favorable following adapted antimicrobial t herapy and removal of a central venous catheter. This germ seems to be a ra re pathogen; as reported in the literature, it is mostly encountered in pat ients with predisposing factors.
