Abstract
Calix[4]arene derivatives with one adenine or th mine sidearm have been syn thesized and their self-association characteristics which depend on solvent , temperature and concentrations are described. Mainly Watson Crick A-T bas e pairing in these systems was detected using IH NMR and ESI-MS. (C) 2001 E lsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
