Na. Berezkin et al., NEW HIGH-SENSITIVITY TELEVISION TRANSMITTING TUBE WITH A PYROELECTRICTARGET USING THE ELECTRON-BEAM CURRENT-MODULATION EFFECT (PEMET), Journal of optical technology, 64(6), 1997, pp. 586-590
A new television transmitting tube has been created, with a pyroelectr
ic mosaic target based on triglycidyl sulfate. It has a sensitivity in
the panning regime greater than 50 mu A/W and a limiting resolution o
f 400 TV lines/raster (22 TV lines/mm), with a modulation depth of mor
e than 60% at a mark of 200 TV lines/raster and a range of working tar
get temperatures from - 10 degrees C to + 50 degrees C. (C) 1997 The O
