Abstract
A new television transmitting tube has been created, with a pyroelectr ic mosaic target based on triglycidyl sulfate. It has a sensitivity in the panning regime greater than 50 mu A/W and a limiting resolution o f 400 TV lines/raster (22 TV lines/mm), with a modulation depth of mor e than 60% at a mark of 200 TV lines/raster and a range of working tar get temperatures from - 10 degrees C to + 50 degrees C.
