Abstract
What might be effective for understanding the magnetism of emerging mesosco pic magnetic molecules? Three theoretical modelling methods successfully ex plain the experimental data on the largest paramagnet synthesized to date, the nano-sized Keplerate {Mo-VI(72) Fe-III(30)}. Surprisingly, this molecul e follows the classical Heisenberg model even down to as low as 50 mK and i ts 30 spins exhibit highly symmetric order at low temperatures. Nearest-nei ghbor spin vectors (see picture) are canted by an external magnetic field w hile their projections maintain a frustration angle of 120 degrees.
