Abstract
Acetyl-DL-teucine [2-C-14]: Tanganil(R) a antivertigal drug has been inject ed intravenously in two macaca monkeys which have been sacrificed 2 and 5 m inutes later. Radioactivity distribution has been studied by autoradiograph y in the brain. An important uptake of radioactivity is localized in the co rtical structures and in several tisses such as nuclei of the vestibular sy stem, including the inner ear.
