Abstract
Alveolar macrophages and cells of enteric epithelium are sensitive to cyclophosphamide effect. The time interval when one can register a sig nificant increase in micronuclei frequency is very narrow that shows t he necessity of frequent fixations for registering the mutagen effect in these cells.
