Abstract
Liver tissue in 2 weeks of cholestasis was investigated in scanning el ectrone microscope Philips SEM 505. It was found the increase of the a mount of Kupffer cells, its sizes and number of their projections. The se changes are considered as compensatory reactions at this stage of p athological process.
