Abstract
Measurements of transverse and longitudinal magnetoresistances of Tl1-xErxB a2Ca2Cu3O9-delta (x = 0-0.3) in weak magnetic field up to 5 kG at different temperatures ranging from 77.5 to 294 K are reported, Our results show tha t the transverse magnetoresistance values are higher than those in the case of longitudinal one for superconductor samples (x less than or equal to 0. 2). A more negative magneto resistance is observed in the longitudinal case than in the case of transverse for semiconductor sample (x = 0.3). (C) 200 1 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
