The influence of a different composition of halogenohydrocarbon and hy
drocarbon mixtures on deposition of plasma-polymerized coatings was in
vestigated. A high corrosive and chemical resistance of plasma-polymer
ized films on ferrite surface was revealed. The element composition an
d the coating structure were analysed on silicon monocrystal by mass s
pectrometry, Raman-spectroscopy, IR absorption and reflection methods.
The relation between high protective properties of coatings and their
element and structure composition is discussed.
