Abstract
The field-dependent antiferromagnetic structures in K2IrCl6 are investigate d using magnetisation and neutron diffraction experiments. A field-induced transition from a collinear low-field phase to a non-collinear structure is observed. The phase diagram is constructed using magnetisation data. It is anisotropic with respect to the applied field direction. The high-field or dering vector was determined in neutron diffraction experiments. (C) 2001 E lsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
