Abstract
We show that in a stable electrodeposited nanometric Ni contact it is possi ble to manipulate the magnetoresistance by applying current pulses and exte rnal magnetic fields. We can pass from positive to negative magnetoresistan ce with values as large as 25% at room temperature, all in the same contact . (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
