Abstract
The paper is devoted to the investigation of the light-sensitive polymer la yers providing the photochemical formation of the electroluminescent image. The process is based on a photochemical dissolution of aluminium film in a polymer layer with formation of the emitting light Al-organic complexes. T he electroluminescence intensity increases with the increase of the exposur e dose. Silica gel adding into composition results in 80-100-fold increase of the intensity. The unexposed areas of the layers do not emit the light. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
