Abstract
In this paper, an extraction technique of radiation sources for nonuniform transmission lines is proposed for the first time. The technique, based on solutions of the method of moments (MoM) can numerically determine the coef ficients of nonuniform transmission-line equations, in which radiation para meters are included. Numerical examples show that the radiation effect of a right-angle microstrip-line bend is indeed stronger than that of a corresp onding 45 degrees mitered bend at high frequency.
